CalcClaim provides a tool to process and track all freight claims from inception to final resolution. Entry screens differ depending on the type of claim: Shortage (Loss/Damage), Service Failure (Late delivery), and Overcharge (Mispayment). Claims can be printed or faxed to the carrier automatically. Account Receivable screens are available to record carrier disbursements.
