Customer support is provided for all ARTC software and freight payment clients. Both user and technical assistance is supplied through our toll free number, 800-886-8061. Phone support is typically available from 8 AM EST to 6 PM EST.

Online support

Online Support Freight payment customers can access their account information through the ARTC website. Clients will be able to view the status of freight bills and have access to 3 years of history. Carriers will also have the ability to check the status of overdue freight bills. User manuals, software upgrades and some carrier rate updates can be downloaded from the website.
